normal;">雷佳，女，中共党员，中学一级教师，1983年12月出生，毕业于江西师范大学英语教育专业，本科学历。江西省德育工作者高级培训班优秀学员，九江市师德师风先进个人，九江市骨干教师，九江市英语教学先进工作者，庐山市第二中学德育处副主任。她，在教坛默默耕耘二十载，将满腔热情献给她的教育和学生，是学生和家长心目中的好老师；她，刻苦钻研业务，不断更新知识，拥有良好师德修养和娴熟的业务能力，是同事眼里的工作达人。她用爱心、耐心、关心、细心、热心来赢得孩子们的亲近、尊重和爱戴，不断在实践中探索，在管理中创新，在授业中育人。</p></section><section normal;">始于对教师职业的无比崇敬，对三尺讲台的无限热爱，二十年来，她始终奋战在教学第一线，担任初中英语教学工作，对英语教学的热情与痴迷从未更改。她时刻以“师爱为魂，学高为师，身正为范”鞭策自己，以提高教学质量为中心，努力提高自身业务素质和教学水平，深受学生的喜爱，家长的好评，也赢得了同事和领导的认可。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">她深爱教师这个岗位，二十年如一日，孜孜以求，以扎实的教学功底在课堂上精彩绽放。课后，不断提高自身的教学能力，她采取“示范、讨论、评讲、实践”等多样的授课形式激发学生兴趣，辅导学生耐心细致。她用心备好每一节课，让枯燥无味的内容变得有滋有味，让学生感受到听她讲课是一种享受。把学生的收获和进步作为自己最大的成就，高质量地完成了所承担的各项教育教学工作任务，所任教班级多次校内考试平均分为年级第一，2021年中考全市模考平均分第一，2012年和2021年所带学生总分荣获全市中考第一。</p></section><section normal;">她常教育学生“修学先修人，处世德为先”，说于言，践于行，率先垂范。爱心是具体的，琐碎的，教学中她积极引导学生以饱满的热情和积极的心态，开启中学生活，让学生体会到“学习，是对生活最大的热情”。她鼓励对学习有畏难情绪的学生，开导过于追求完美无法接受挫折的学生，教会学生“勇于承担才是生活的强者”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">在她看来，学生的思想工作是班级管理的首要问题，良好的思想品德是学生健康成长的必要条件。因此，她经常利用课堂对学生进行身心教育，帮助学生澄清思想上的模糊认识，提高学生的思想境界，帮助学生树立正确的三观。不仅如此，她还充分利用课余时间和有关学生促膝谈心，及时对学生进行针对性教育，其所带班级班风严谨，学风淳厚，竞争意识强，充满正能量。</p><p style="text-indent: normal;">雷佳老师是家中的独生女，但在她身上却丝毫找不到80后女孩的娇气。她的体质向来不好，低血糖、颈椎腰椎均有不同程度的突出、长期伏案工作，愈发厉害，特别是低血糖，一节课下来，经常两眼发黑，冷汗淋漓。但她不顾身体状况，全身心扑在教学上。她所任教的班级曾有位男生，因平时母亲对其管教极为严格，导致他逆反心理严重，拒绝来校上课，甚至三天不吃不喝，消极生活。父母想尽一切办法，该生无动于衷。雷佳老师抓住该生心理，站在孩子的内心角度，帮助孩子打开心门，帮助孩子一起制定学习计划，使其鼓起学习和生活的风帆。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">她的举动，如一股清泉，浸润着孩子的心田；如一阵清风，扬起了校园师德高尚的风帆。雷佳多次在学校的师德师风考核和年度考核中以高票评选为优秀，并获得九江市骨干教师，九江市教育教学“先进工作者”等各类奖项。</p></section><section style="text-align: normal;">雷佳老师除了担任英语教学之外，还担任学校德育处副主任。她经常参与庐山市及学校的各项大型活动策划及主持工作，协助政教处领导组织管理好学生德育工作，开展各项德育活动，主持学校的每周升旗班级评优工作。雷佳老师文字功底扎实，学校的各项活动主持词经常独立撰写。同时，她还是庐山市朗诵协会成员，经常参与庐山市各项朗诵活动，活跃在大大小小的舞台，以自己的实际行动及对生活饱满的热爱来鼓舞带动学生。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">雷佳老师始终以立德树人为己任，以高标准严格要求自己，近年来所撰写论文多次在国家级和省级期刊发表，2019年荣获九江市骨干教师荣誉称号，同年在庐山市二中首届青年教师英语教育教学技能大赛中荣获英语组第一名，获九江市初中英语教育教学“先进工作者”称号，并在庐山市教体系统庆祝70周年主题演讲比赛中获二等奖，
