normal;">为人师者光有高尚的人格还不够，要做受学生欢迎的老师，就必须德才兼备。只有做到学识广博，专业精深，才能吸引学生，才能受到学生的敬佩。她在业务上积极做好本职工作，团结同事，认真备课、上课、听课、评课。积极参加各类继续教育学习，努力提高专业知识修养，不断充实自己。在今年3月份江西省中小学（幼儿园）教师心理健康教育辅导能力培训中被评为优秀学员。</p><p normal;">“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”是她追求的境界。教学中，她潜心钻研教材，反复研讨新课标，坚持业务自学，广泛汲取营养，及时进行反思，转变教育观念，捕捉新的教学信息，大胆采用新的教学手段。在教育教学和学习生活中，她一直信奉“爱的教育”，让学生徜徉在爱的海洋里。因为爱，她收获了爱，也收获了丰富的教学成果。曾荣获庐山市首届“骨干教师”、九江市“优秀辅导员”、九江市师德师风“先进个人”、九江市首届辅导员“学科带头人”等荣誉称号；在指导教师、指导学生参赛方面多次荣获市级奖项，她一直为了能成为学生们奋进路上的榜样而努力！</p></section><section
